The Fireplace Room

Informal business meetings, relaxed parties, and get-togethers

Minimum: 2 hrs

The Galley may be used for food preparation and serving, and needs to be reserved separately (there is no charge for the Galley).

Member Discount - Members of The Club booking for personal events receive a 50% discount on rental rates. Members who have business meetings at The Club receive a 25% discount if their business pays.

Catering

Alcoholic beverages can be purchased from The Club bar. Non-alcoholic beverages, including water, soda, tea and coffee, are available.
Breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner can be provided as well as beverages throughout the day. Prices vary depending on the menu selected. The Hurrica Restaurant can provide these services. You may use your preferred caterer or may self-cater, subject to approval by The Club’s General Manager.

Bar Packages

Bar packages are available offering a variety of hosted and no-host options. The Club’s bar staff are flexible and will be happy to arrange a beverage program to meet your needs. Examples include:

No-Host bar – guests purchase their drinks from our full-service bar – beverages are paid for at time of service
Hosted bar – guests choose their drinks from our full-service bar and place on your tab – beverages are paid for at the end of service – a $1,000 deposit required
Pre-Selected Option – either the No-Host or the Hosted bar options can have a pre-selected list of available drinks such as beer-and-wine only, well-drinks only for cocktails
Pre-Limited Option – either the No-Host or the Hosted bar options can have a pre-limited amount of drinks available to guests.
Drinks-Token Option – either the No-Host or the Hosted bar options can have a drinks-ticket process where you provide your guests with drinks tokens good for one drink from the bar (usually paired with the Pre-Selected Options) – drinks are at a fixed price and the charge at the end of the event is based on the number of drink tokens collected.
Signature Cocktail Option – add one or two “signature cocktails” to the event beverage menu (our bar team will be happy to help): name your cocktail and choose your recipe. Minimum quantity 50, $15 per serving.
Additional cost to the renter of $100 per hour for each bar person on duty – up to 25 guests 1 bar person, 26-50 guests 2 bar persons, 51-75 guests, 3 bar persons, over 75, 4 bar persons.
